Settle who sleeps where before you arrive

The leader lists the rooms in the stay and how many people each one sleeps. Everyone claims their own spot, and the group sees who's in which room and which rooms still have space.

The trip also shows who hasn't picked a room yet, and the leader can place them in a room with space. The room plan is for the group; the booking stays with whoever made it.
